Blue Light Designs specializes in providing Internet solutions for people with small businesses and organizations who want a personalized, professional looking site, but don't want to spend thousands of dollars or more with the high tech design firms.  You can be on the World Wide Web for an affordable initial setup fee of $500 which covers consultation, planning, and template design.  There will be additional charges depending on factors of your choice such as: the total number of pages you will need, the amount of time it will take to build and design each page, the amount of time that will be required for ongoing updates and maintenance, flash design, etc.  There is also a small yearly fee to cover hosting if needed, and minor maintenance.

Because there are so many factors to consider, it's impossible to quote a final price until we sit down and discuss your needs and your cost limitations.  You set your parameters.  The setup charge is not due until you have approved your basic template design.
